STORY TIME!
Contrary to peopleās encounters with chia seeds in the form of chia pudding, she had it in the form of a savoury salad at her best friendās house. And all of this was before chia seeds were the ācoolā ingredient. She then tried the pudding (as we know it now) thanks to the cartons full of recipe books in her store room.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp Harvest Stories Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Coconut milk/ Milk of your choice
- 2 tsp Wildflower Honey
- Figs
- Oats Granola
Methods
- Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey into a bowl/jar and mix well. Let it settle for 2-3 minutes, then mix again well until you see no clumping.
- Cover the jar and store it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- When you are ready to devour, top it with figs, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
