Orders
I have a question about my order, can you help me?
We are here to help you! For all inquiries about refunds, returns, damaged items or packages, or incorrect orders, shoot an email to care@harveststoriesindia.com and we will handle your request ASAP!
What is your policy on returns?
- Youâll have to mail us (care@harveststoriesindia.com) within 24 hrs of receiving the package.
- We would need proof: mail us the order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product (sorry, but you have to!)
- We will certainly be happy to re send and replace the damaged product(s) ASAP.
- We donât prefer sending automated mails, so wait for working days for a real person to reply back with the solution.
Something missing in the package?
The same drill as above:
- Youâll have to mail us (care@harveststoriesindia.com) within 24 hrs of receiving the package.
- We would need proof: mail us the order number, image of invoice, outer box image, 2 clear images of the product received.
- We will certainly be happy to re send and replace the damaged product(s).
- We donât prefer sending automated mails, so wait for working days for a real person to reply back with the solution.
Received a spoiled product?
- It would be rarer than a blue moon for you to receive a spoiled product. If you do receive, then youâll have to mail us (care@harveststoriesindia.com) within 24 hrs of receiving the package.
- We would need the order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product.
- We will be unable to accept returns which donât show compromise in quality. The returns depend case by case.
- Product will be replaced after investigation, and we assure a fair outcome.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No, we donât! But if you do want the products to be delivered out of our delivering region, then mail us at care@harveststoriesindia.com cause we would love to deliver it.
Who are your delivery partners?
We deliver the products with well known delivery partners (Bluedart, xpressbee, etc) to return requests and folks getting disappointed.
Our Products
Are all your products organic?
Thatâs spot on! Our products are 100% chemical-free (we would know, we lab test it!). We believe that testing our products, listing the mineralsâ percentage,protein content, curcumin content is enough to make everyone believe that we and our partner-farmers are honest producers providing hella pure products.
What is the best way to store the products?
The way to go: store in a cool and dry place. But do checkout the instructions on the packet on how to store the product (every product has different instructions).

Do you run sales, offers, etc?
Of course, we do! But you would have to been in loop by following us on social media, and subscribing to our newsletter.

Do you sell offline?
Yes, we are present in Mumbai and Delhi NCR right now (Store Locator)
